About Me

Nina Seagrove (she/her)

Sometimes we all need a little help making sense of our feelings, our thoughts or our lives.

I can facilitate a non-judgemental, sensitive exploration of whatever is on your mind or in your heart.

I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor. I work in collaboration with you to offer a tailored therapeutic experience, drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques – all offered within an honest and safe therapeutic relationship.

I believe the therapeutic connection itself can be the most important part of the process.

In an environment of compassion and understanding, we can work towards a place of real growth and healing, where acceptance and change can be equally welcomed.

Reconnect with hope, reconnect with your true self.
